Receiving an Invitation

You can expect to receive an invitation to join Ework's Verama from a manager or admin of your company's Verama account. This invitation will be sent to your email address, and it will contain a link to log in and create your profile.


Exploring Your Invitation

When you receive an invitation, here's what to expect:

  • The invitation will be sent from no-reply@verama.com.
  • The email will inform you that a user profile has been created for you under a specific company.
  • Click on the link to proceed with creating your profile.

Creating Your Profile

To log in and manage your profile, follow these steps:

1. Choose Your Option:

  • Click on the "Complete registration" link in the email invitation.
  • You will be taken to Ework Verama, where you will be asked to choose between:
    • Create a New Account: Select this option if you don't already have an account in Ework Verama.
    • Add to an Existing Account: Select this option if you already have an account in Ework Verama.



2a. Log In:

  • If you choose the "Add to an existing account" option, you will be taken to the login page. Enter your email address and password, then click "Log in" to proceed.

2b. Create a New Account:

  • If you choose the "Create a New Account" option, you will be prompted to add a password and confirm your password for your new account.
  • Your first name and last name will be autopopulated based on the information added when creating the invitation. 

3. Click Create Account:

  • Once you have entered your password and confirmed it, click "Create Account".
  • A confirmation message will be displayed, thanking you for accepting the invitation.


Logging In for the First Time

  • After creating your new account, click "Login" to access your profile and start using Ework's Verama.
  • You will show you information about your new profile. Information includes:
    • You name
    • Who invited you
    • Name of the Company
    • You given access rights
  • Click Continue to proceed to your profile.

Note: Make sure to save your login credentials securely to ensure easy access to your profile in the future.
