Note: Important Details Before Starting

  • If you have only one profile on Verama, which is your private profile, you won't be able to delete it. In this case, you will need to close your account fully.
  • Deleting a profile is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
  • Accounts and profiles related to an active assignment cannot be removed until the contract has ended.



Steps to Delete a Private Profile:

  1. Open Your Private Profile
    1. Hover over your Avatar icon in the upper right corner.
    2. Select "Switch profiles" and then click on your Private profile.
  2. Access the Profile Delete Option
    1. Hover over your Avatar icon again in the upper right corner of the screen.
    2. Click "My Profile" to open the My profile window.
  3. Delete Your Profile
    1. Scroll down to the bottom of the window to the Options section.
    2. Click "Delete profile" to open the Delete profile warning window.
  4. Confirm the Deletion
    1. Read the warning carefully, as this action is irreversible.
    2. Click "Confirm and delete" to proceed with deleting your profile.
