Understanding Your Profile Options on Verama
As a user on Verama, you have the ability to create and manage multiple profiles. However, there are some key limitations and characteristics to keep in mind:
- You can only have one private profile. This is the primary profile that represents you personally and is not associated with any specific company.
- You can be connected to multiple company accounts, allowing you to easily switch between different roles and responsibilities.
- Your private profile is the central hub for your profile information and settings, while your company profiles are tied to specific organization and representing a company.
By understanding these options and constraints, you can effectively manage your profiles and make the most of Verama's features to achieve your goals.
Step 1: Access the Profile Creation Menu
- To access the profile creation menu, hover over your Avatar in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select Switch profile menu option
- Click the Add new profile button from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Add Business Profile Information
- The "Add Business Profile" window will open.
- If you do not have a Private Profile already, you will be asked which type of profile to create. To proceed with creating a Business Profile, select "Create a business profile" option.
- In this window, you will be asked to enter the country and VAT number of the company for which you want to create a business profile.
- Click the "Next" button to proceed.
Step 3: Add Company Information
- The "Add Business Profile" window will expand to include additional information about your company.
- Provide all necessary data about your company.
- Click the "Add company" button to create the company profile.
Step 4: Complete Company Profile Creation
- Your company profile has now been created, and you will be automatically transferred to your company profile.
- You can access and manage your company profile, including adding employees, managing applications, and more. See guide on how to Manage your company account here.
By following these steps, you can easily create a new company account from your existing user profile and start using Verama's features to manage your business.
