Initial Account Activation
When you are assigned as a time reporter, time approver, or a role that grants you access to time reporting related to assigned contracts, the system will automatically initiate the account activation process.
You will receive an automated email prompting you to reset your password.
This email will be sent to the email address associated with your account, and it will contain a unique password reset link.
Important: Please ensure that you check your email spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
To complete the password reset process:
- Open the email you receive and click on the "Confirm" link.
- Alternatively, you can click on the link provided in the email to initiate the password reset process.
- You will be redirected to a secure page where you will be prompted to enter a new password and complete the login process.
- If you are not automatically redirected after resetting your password go to https://time.eworkfamily.com/ and login.
